Seattle home prices bumped 6% in April over a year ago April. The median price is at $925,000. Our supply of homes is again low at 1.1 months, keeping us in a stable seller’s market.

Over 50% of Seattle homes sold at or above asking price, as buyers continued to encounter limited inventory, and had to compete aggressively, especially on well-priced homes, with 37% sold over asking and 22% sold at asking price.
