Another Bainbridge Island home sold, another successful chapter!

Years ago, I helped these wonderful clients trade city life in Seattle for island living. We found them the most charming home complete with a quintessential guest cabin where they started their island journey. They fell so completely in love with the community, welcoming two beautiful children and building lifelong friendships along the way, that when a stunning waterfront property down the road became available, we knew it was time for their next chapter.
With a new baby in tow, they went above and beyond to prep their current home to absolute perfection. I had my marketing and listing material ready to launch, and literally while the home was being photographed, the ideal buyer came along!
