One of the best parts of working in real estate is the team effort between myself and my clients. I love either searching for just the right home for a buyer or working with a seller to prepare their home to be presented on the market. Analyzing the market for a competive price and marketing the listing to encourage
the most exposure are two important tasks I can do for my clients. I moved to

Seattle in 1980 from San Luis Obispo, California to attend the University of Washington and know most of the neighborhoods - I like to think of the city as having four quadrants around Lake Union, each comprised with it's own unique personality. Queen Anne, Magnolia, Ballard, Sunset Hill, North Beach, Broadview, Ravenna and Wedgewood are a few examples. Capitol Hill and Belltown are very popular for people who love being close to downtown are often one of the first homes for people relocating for jobs in the South Lake Union area. Our office is located on Lake Union which is central to all of these locations.

Today's Real Estate News

The housing market hasn’t rebounded as quickly as experts originally hoped. But that doesn’t mean it’s stalled.
