Are you a person who writes reviews?

I’m always so amazed by the kind words and the time my clients will take to write on my behalf. It’s very encouraging to have them support and reflect on our time together. I am very grateful for reviews and for this one in particular 😍. Reviews and referrals and recommendations are huge in my line of work. Having these words means everything. S O L D • S O L D • S O L D it! A well made new construction home in Greenwood. This is a home is one where the original property has been divided into 3 🏠🏡🏠 • my client got a beautiful open concept, light and bright kitchen with two additional floors. It’s a wonderful space for a first time homebuyer!

I met my buyer from an office call. We set up a time for us to have coffee and meet. I was able to give her a little bit about the market, a little bit about how I educate and operate during the buying process, and a little bit about how much I want to work with her 🙂 She met with several agents and interviewed each of us, and I was chosen!

Sidenote: did you know that every time I get a new client, I am interviewing for the job? To be honest, this is a piece of the business. I hadn’t thought much about before becoming a real estate broker.

Bought by first-time home buyers! I was so impressed with their ability to see this house and how to make it beautiful, and to not fear the hard work. It’s not easy buying in the Pacific Northwest but it’s not impossible. I can’t wait for their sweat equity to pay off. My clients have vision and capacity. I’m a proud buyers agent.

Additionally, my buyers knew that with this was a good price because they’ve been paying attention to the market. I’m not gonna lie, I did have some concerns about all the extra lawnmowers and cars and tires that were left in the yard, but we were able to work with the listing agent and get every last item, like the Grinch who stole Christmas, taken away. They surprised us by taking away the washer and dryer… and we got the listing agent to put a replacement washer and dryer back. Don’t mess with us, 😂
