Yesterday, Friday, September 6, 2024, the world lost a beautiful soul and exceptional human being who sought to peacefully bring attention to injustice in the world. Aysenur Ezgi Eygi, or Ezgi as we knew her, was from Seattle, and she was brutally shot in the head by the cowardly warmongers, the IDF, in the West Bank whilst conducting a peaceful protest. She was 26 years old. She was American/Turkish dual national, and I feel privileged to have known her.
Please let our local and national leaders in government know that we do not support the war in Gaza and the crimes against humanity which they are responsible for, and we do not want our tax dollars used to murder innocent civilians who are unarmed, and who are mostly women and children. This needs to stop now. The blood is on our hands as long as our dollars are being used to fund these disgusting psychopathic murderers. Write your representative, senators, and president.
