2 weeks ago walter turned 1! We had a party with 3 siblings. We are so fortunate to have this fun connection with his siblings and their families. We share stories, advice and funny habits that these great dogs have. This is our 3 time reuniting with his sisters and Brother.

Sometimes selling real estate is a marathon 🏃‍♀️and sometimes it’s a sprint!
The gun went off on this property just over 2 weeks ago (while I was on a short, but well earned vacation). It was a full out sprint (with a few hurdles) to get this on the market by June 10th-last Friday. The industry is swamped right now and getting high quality stagers and photographers in a short time is almost impossible. Knowing that the market is shifting, we decided to supplement the sellers great stuff and semi-stage it ourselves! We took our time getting this beauty ready (started back in January) for our fast paced real estate market here in Laurelhurst. After Moves Made Simple, helped this wonderful family move out (after calling it “home” for over 20 years) and it was vacant, I went to work.

I had my painters and flooring people work their magic to spruce her up and get her ready for our lucrative market. I had one of my favorite stagers (Open House) dress her up in a way similar to a model walking into hair, makeup and costume, for a photo shoot. Of course, there is always a hiccup and I had to step in and do a few things myself to meet our timeline.
