Meet the manager behind the email. And behind one of the most exciting recognitions in our industry this year.

Sabryna joined Navigate in April 2026 bringing with her five years of dedication to this industry. And this year, she was named the WSCAI 2026 Rising Star of the Year. Let that sink in.

When we asked what receiving that award meant to her she said:

“It was honestly a little surreal. I work hard, but I don’t always stop to think about it. Being recognized meant so much and made me feel proud and grateful for the people who have supported me along the way.”

When we asked what got her there she did not point to any one thing. She pointed to a mindset:

“I’ve been willing to step outside my comfort zone, take on new challenges, and learn as I go. I try to be proactive, find solutions, and keep things moving.”

That is exactly what a Rising Star looks like.

No two days look the same for Sabryna. One day it is budgets and vendor coordination, the next it is board meeting prep and maintenance issues. Her favorite part? The problem solving, the relationships, and keeping communities running smoothly. And a lot of what she does never even reaches the board’s desk because she has already handled it.

“Sometimes the best work is preventing a problem before the board ever has to deal with it.”

The people she works with and serves every day say it best.

Her board members have shared that Sabryna has been a tremendous help to their community. Her responsiveness and professionalism are making a real difference and her spirit and passion for this industry shine through in everything she does.

Her colleagues say that working alongside her makes every day better. She brings positivity, an eagerness to learn, and an energy that is genuinely contagious. We look forward to watching her flourish in this industry and with Navigate. We feel so lucky to have her on this team.

When we asked about the future she said she wants to keep growing into leadership and one day be someone newer managers can turn to for guidance. At the pace she is going we have no doubt that is exactly where she is headed.

Outside of work Sabryna’s world revolves around her family and her energetic little boy. She loves happy hours, camping, and finding any reason to celebrate the little things. Honestly the perfect energy for someone who just won Rising Star of the Year.

This community found us through referrals from several neighboring communities we already have the privilege of managing, and came to us needing more guidance and support.
