On any given day, you’ll find neighbors catching up, friends meeting on the lawn, families enjoying the sunshine, and plenty of people passing through on their way across Capitol Hill.

This past Sunday we hosted the Nagle Cleanup around Cal Anderson Park and the vibes did NOT disappoint. No rain, just teamwork and a whole lot of community pride!

From picking up trash to connecting with neighbors, it’s moments like these that remind us how powerful it is to come together for our city. Small acts, big impact.

We had the sweetest time celebrating our amazing residents with fresh blooms, good vibes, and lots of Valentine cheer. There’s nothing better than getting to slow down, connect, and show appreciation for the community that makes our buildings feel like home.
