One of our favorite Sunday stops in the neighborhood.

The Capitol Hill Farmers Market happens every Sunday, year-round, right on E Denny Way between Broadway and 10th Ave. It’s an easy walk for fresh flowers, seasonal fruit, pastries, and plenty of finds from vendors across Washington.

If you haven’t checked it out yet, add it to your next Sunday plans. And if you have, tell us your favorite market find below.

Cal Anderson Park, right across the street.

A place for dog walks, pickup games, frisbee throws, laps around the reservoir, and everything in between.

On any given day, you’ll find neighbors catching up, friends meeting on the lawn, families enjoying the sunshine, and plenty of people passing through on their way across Capitol Hill.

Summer around here looks a little bit like this ☀️

Rooftop yoga, pickleball, summer barbecues, book club nights, and much more.

The best part of living in a Hunters Capital community has never just been the apartments, it’s the people in them.

This past Sunday we hosted the Nagle Cleanup around Cal Anderson Park and the vibes did NOT disappoint. No rain, just teamwork and a whole lot of community pride!

From picking up trash to connecting with neighbors, it’s moments like these that remind us how powerful it is to come together for our city. Small acts, big impact.

Capitol Hill, we love you! We will keep showing up for you 💫
