Our Seattle office opened its doors in October 2006, it is located at 615 Eastlake Ave E in between Republican St and Mercer St with parking on Eastlake Ave. We have 11 agents with an average of 18 years of property management experience between them and many have been with our office for more than 5 years. In November 2014 we opened our Eastside office at 12801 NE 85th St. Ste 201 in Kirkland, on the corner of 128th Ave NE and NE 85th St with off street parking! Five of our agents work out of our Kirkland office to service the Eastside area full time.
