Sage Homes is pleased to announce our relocation to Northgate. Beginning December 15th, our new office will be located at:
155 NE 100th St, Suite 401
Seattle, WA 98125

This move supports our continued growth in both single-family and multifamily development and strengthens our access to key partners, municipalities, and regional transportation. The new location provides our team with the space and resources needed as we expand our work across Washington and Texas.
