I came by my love of homes early.

Moving every few years as a child, I was always excited by the prospect of weighing in on what house my parents should buy and using my artistic flair to help with the decorating--and not just my own bedroom. I graduated with a BFA in Design and started my career in Advertising and Marketing. An early mentor suggested that I should buy a fixer property as my first real estate purchase. I did so an

d have been working in this business as a buyer, seller, designer, and agent ever since. I am proud to have been a Founding Member of two local luxury brokerages. I am passionate about creating the "Wow" factor in the listings that I represent. Using my design, remodeling, and staging skills, I create a complete vision to present the home for the targeted buyer to fall in love. This can mean a strategic remodel or some minor "fluffing". It pays off by getting the highest price and the quickest sale. There is no substitute for being known and respected within the agent community. Cordial collaboration is the key to getting a transaction closed with the least amount of angst. When it comes to negotiating the best offer, I am your strongest advocate.
