Anne Marie Peterson

Anne Marie Peterson Buying and Selling Homes in the Seattle Market Anne Marie loves people and she loves homes. Anne Marie lives in Ballard with her husband and two sons.

She is a master of the art and science of connecting Seattle’s educators and engineers to the just-right homes for them. For 15 years, Anne Marie’s real estate practice has been built on sophisticated alchemy of deep listening, intuitive market acumen, and skillful translation of her clients’ visions into successful market strategies. Time and time again, her clients reap the benefits in the form

of the home they want for buyers, and the best price for their home for sellers. Anne Marie brings her innate curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to every single buyer and seller she works with, asking skillful questions and translating what she hears into the insights, strategies, and negotiation approaches she knows will unlock the puzzle of finding the right house or the right buyer for your house. Peaceful, yet tenacious, Anne Marie is a force for calm and a zealous advocate for her client’s best interests. She is as devoted to personal growth and development as she is to professional skill-building, and identifies strongly as a lifelong learner who brings all of what she learns in every area of her life to every single transaction. Anne Marie grew up on three iconic homes in Eastern Washington, one of which was featured in Sunset Magazine. Accordingly, at a very early age, she developed a deep appreciation for how powerfully our homes empower us to create the life experiences of our dreams. After completing her English and Sociology studies at the University of Washington, Anne Marie took a series of business management roles, where she learned the nuts and bolts of finance and negotiations: skills she still uses every day for the benefit of her clients. When she’s not previewing homes, she’s usually on a long walk with her black lab, skiing in the mountains with her family, or cooking a meal to share with her friends.

How much thought did you put into the ambiance of your workspace? If your space only has one source of light, it's time for some changes!

Layering your sources of light allows you to control how much and where the light is coming from throughout the day. Task lighting like reading lamps are efficient, while wall sconces add elegance and softness.

✨ 3 Ways to Add Adventure to a Regular Day ✨

Who says adventure has to mean plane tickets and packed bags? Sometimes the best moments happen right in the middle of an ordinary Tuesday.

1️⃣ Try a new activity you’ve never done before — even something small. A new coffee shop, a new workout, a new recipe.
2️⃣ Take a random detour on your walk or drive. Turn left instead of right and see what you discover.
3️⃣ Create something from scratch — cook, write, build, plant, paint. There’s something powerful about making something that didn’t exist before.

Regular days don’t have to feel routine. A little curiosity can turn the everyday into something memorable.

What’s one small adventure you can add to today? 🌟

Minimalism offers a sleek and timeless design that really showcases the architecture of the home. However, if you believe that traditional minimalism can leave your space looking cold or feeling like an art gallery, give warm minimalism a try! Still offering the simple and clutter-free style of traditional minimalism, warm minimalism incorporates warmer colors like beiges and creams and natural elements like woods and woven fabrics to bring more interest to the space.

Small wins add up ✨

You don’t have to do everything at once to make progress. Focus on one thing, celebrate the small victories, and let that momentum carry you forward. Those tiny steps are often the ones that make the biggest difference.

What’s one small win you’re proud of today?
