What a lovely walk! We went up the hill, through the winding streets all the way over to Volunteer Park Cafe for a salad and coke in the bottle. And look, we even made a friend!

Honestly, who has time for the gym? We love this quiet, at-home workout from Greatist.

Need to get out to sweat it out? CorePower Yoga is just up the hill on Broadway, along with Orangetheory Fitness Seattle-Capitol Hill and TRIBE Fitness.

With plenty of space to workout at home and such walkable options we're feeling more fit already!
