I grew up in Lake Oswego, Oregon and graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Business Marketing with a minor in Communications. I moved up to Seattle right after graduation and haven't looked back! Once I became a Real Estate Broker in 2004, I realized that I had landed my dream job. I absolutely love helping people buy and sell homes. It can be a very stressful time and I pride myself in helping make the process as easy as possible. I live in Ballard with my husband, our sons, and our dog (a Boxer named Lily).

When the right place comes along, a buyer feels it instantly! This is exactly what happened with my condo listing in Woodinville. The buyer walked through my open house and instantly fell in love. My colleague, Sinead Keogh, was able to help the buyer secure this home for her next chapter of her life. Also, extremely happy to report that my seller got her full list price of $369,950. Excited to share that this closed and after a month on the market we received 2 offers on the SAME DAY! Many agents know this as the law of attraction. My clients were excited to receive a full price offer with no contingencies! This market can be tricky as homes in the Seattle core is selling quickly, but the outside areas are sitting longer.
