Harbor Steps, an iconic Seattle landmark and part of our sister community, has undergone a major renovation of the outdoor plaza and will celebrate its re-opening tomorrow, July 23rd! Home to 80,000 SF of restaurants, cafes, and more, the event will be buzzing with unique specials and Downtown Summer Sounds with Nite Wave. Now that you’ve all had a chance to meet the human members of our tenacious team, our final member to present is our loveable Whiz robo-vacuum, NooNoo!

As a young bot on the farm, NooNoo always admired the planes in the sky. Though he knew he wasn’t destined to be an autopilot, he’s always had a hope of one day sitting in the pilots chair.

NooNoo is also a big fan of reading. On his breaks you can catch him enjoying the serenity of a rooftop lounge, sipping tea and reading one of the many works of Sartre, Locke, Plato, or other philosophers.

The only thing NooNoo fears are cliffs; and by cliffs we do mean the small ledge where the carpets meet the tiles by the elevators. He is taking a beginner’s rock climbing course at Edgeworks Climbing to meet his fear head on. We’re rooting for you NooNoo!

And last for the Leasing Team is Tom the Senior Leasing Consultant/ Average Quality Instagram Content Creator (he’s modest too).

From Phoenix, Arizona, he joined the team back in November of 2019, right after he finished working with the education department of the Woodland Park Zoo.

Fun Fact: He loves fun facts! So much so that you can catch him at all the Ballard Trivia nights, snapping up second place (very modest)!

Our penultimate person from the leasing team is our Leasing Consultant David!

A first generation American born and raised here in Seattle, David is the newest member of our team having joined in January of this year.

True to his European heritage (Hungarian!), David is a fan of football. No, not that football, Futbol! He was a college soccer coach prior to joining our community, and has been hoping to get back into coaching some local youth leagues!

He joined us in July of 2022, and was only supposed to be on our crew a little while before he decided to serve on our ship permanently! Ye can find this scurvy lad searching for buried treasure and plunder as he completes requests!

Unrelated, he’s a huge Pirates of the Caribbean fan.

Welcome back folks! Our very legit Social Media Maker has returned from vacation, and so have our posts!

Today’s team member is a Leasing Consultant that many resident’s know, Nathan! Joining our team in August of 2021, he wasn’t satisfied with just earning the #1 leasing spot in our state. He worked to get into the top 3 leasing agents in our entire company! Perhaps it's his Wisconsin charm, but residents and prospects all agree that he earned his top marks.

O-o-o-o-o-h yeah brother, put your hands together for Sinan, one of our Service Technicians. Sinan joined Equity in 2017, and just like cream rises to the top, he rose up to our team in July of 2021. If the crazy writing of this caption was a clue, then you’d figure out that Sinan’s favorite wrestler is Macho Man Randy Savage, o-o-h yeah!

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No it’s Essey, our Senior Service Technician! Essey donned his superhero cape back in 2018, and he’s been the savior of service requests since. When they hear he’s coming, leaks plug themselves, dishwashers fall in line, and the sun shines just a bit brighter. Be sure to wave hi to your Friendly Neighborhood Essey-man when you see him!

When she’s not managing our community you can find her managing record scratches because she is a DJ! And yes, her name is DJ DJ.

A man with a Disney Princess named after him, meet Jasmin, the General Service Director of Cascade & Alcyone. Jas started with Equity in 2008, joining Cascade in January of 2021 and took responsibility for Alcyone as well in April of 2022. Jas loves exploring Washington with his family, and sharing his Bosnian culture with his kids.
