Birthday Bliss 💫

Started the new year off with a trip to one of my favorite places in the world- Sedona, AZ. Couldn’t have asked for more exciting weather- snow, hail, lightening, thunder, and a freezing temps for hiking. Don’t mind getting caught in the rain and cold when the views are this epic.

• 2025 • in Real Estate. If you follow me, you may have noticed I rarely post my sold transactions on my page. Here is a little behind the scenes look into my year. I represented 18 clients in 2025- what a dynamic year!

13 Sellers listed their homes with me- Seller’s very much dominated my business this year. Many were moving overseas or out of state for new opportunities, or to be closer to family. Of those 13 listings, 8 sold at asking or above asking price and in less than 6 days, signifying a split but somewhat balanced market. I truly take so much pride in a Seller handing off their biggest asset to me and trusting me to exceed their expectations.

5 families found their dream home with me this year! Buyers were much more cautious as they weighed the pros and cons of buying. The search process was generally long and thorough. I found myself talking buyers out of homes much more than in to homes. I’m not just here to find you a place to live, I’m also always looking at your purchase like an assess and guiding people to make the best decisions in a tough market.
