Last week, my clients on the purchase of this stunning Sunset Hill home! The perfect house for them came on the market while I was traveling in Europe. So, with the help of a wonderful colleague, my clients saw the home, fell in love, we started all our due diligence, and then when I touched down in Seattle I helped them craft an unbeatable offer. The next day, I saw the house myself (had to make sure it was as good as it looked!) and we submitted an offer and crossed our fingers. Thanks to the help of my colleague, the relationship I’d built with the listing agent, and the incredible offer we put together, we beat out multiple offers and still got the house for significantly less than their escalator cap! Although I worked with them for months on the sale of their townhouse, from start to finish, their home purchase took only 2 weeks. Some home purchases take months (or even years) and then others happen in the blink of an eye. I’m so so excited for you, Melissa and Steven, and for Maya to finally have a yard to play in!

Yesterday, my clients on the sale of their gorgeous Ballard townhouse! 🏡🎉 This was another fast-paced sale where we met, signed the listing agreement, they moved out, I prepped, and listed the home in under a month. I knew we had to act fast and price the home strategically to get them the number they wanted. Although this townhouse was so rare and stunning, it was not going to appeal to everyone and there are lots of townhouses to choose from in Seattle. So, I marketed it like crazy and, right when I landed in Lisbon, we got an offer 😅After negotiating the buyer up in price, we got under contract and were closed in under 2 weeks and at a price my clients were happy with! 🥳 Congratulations, Melissa and Steven (and Maya 🐾)! 🥰
