One of the most meaningful parts of this business is when past clients trust me enough to refer the people they care about. That’s exactly how I met these wonderful first-time buyers.

What makes this story even better is that we found the one the very first time we went out looking. Sometimes it takes months and dozens of homes. Sometimes everything just clicks. The moment we walked into this condo, we knew it was worth pursuing.

Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, but they stayed patient, trusted the process, and together we put together a winning strategy.

Along the way, we negotiated:

One of the best parts of this job is getting the opportunity to work with the same clients more than once.

This was my second transaction with these wonderful clients, and while the road to closing wasn't the quickest, they stayed patient, trusted my guidance, and kept their eyes on the finish line.

In the end, we achieved exactly what we set out to do—and still sold nearly twice as fast and at a higher percentage of the list price than most comparable townhomes in the area.
