Last week, I closed the sale of this home for some great clients of mine! This one is quite the accomplishment for me and I'm thrilled for the buyers to now call this amazing property their home for years to come. What an incredible view to enjoy! This covered, wrap around deck should provide all kinds of fun entertaining when not being used to relax while staring out at that view too. A huge congratulations goes out to them! 🎉🥂

Aha! I'm back! Back again. Happy to announce this home here is now under contract! Today is home inspection & septic inspection day. This 50 year old home has been meticulously cared for over the years. So today should go pretty smoothly. Wish me luck! 🤞🍀

It's been awhile...but yes, I'm still here and still in the real estate biz! 😎

Life has shifted a bit for me the last few years adding the role of stay-at-home Dad to the resumé. I'm still working but focus more on my repeat clients and their referrals. Today was a closing for one of those repeat clients!

Congratulations to my client on the closing of the sale of his home in Tacoma! He decided it was time for him to downsize a bit and sell. Soon we will begin shopping for his next, new place to call home. 🏡

On August 17th, a big change was implemented into the real estate business regarding real estate agents' commissions as a broker for a buyer. ⚠️ This rule change impacts both sellers and buyers. However, in my opinion, it's a bigger potential impact for buyers as sellers are no longer "required" to compensate their buyer's agent with a commission upon selling their home. This cost would now fall on the buyer. 💰 Also, in my opinion, I don't think this is the best idea for the seller either. Feel free to contact me with questions. 📞 📧 🤳

Secondly, when it comes to these commissions, I implore you all more than ever to please reach out to me when you're in the market to buy and/or sell a home. ‼️Give me a chance; let's have a conversation. I have very competitive rates; especially for my past clients, family, friends, and supporters who have sent me referrals in the past...and without the fine print other companies try to trick you with. 😉 Then of course you'll also be getting an agent who works extremely hard to help you achieve your real estate goal. 🏡
