Now that’s music 🎶 to my ears. It means that the bank has passed a major hurdle in the financing process with the loan application. It means that we don’t have to worry about the appraisal that came in and we don’t have to worry anymore that there might be a last minute hiccup prior to closing.

It means that the buyer soon will get the keys 🔑 once all parties sign the final paperwork with title and escrow.
