Summer is kicking off strong with homebuyer classes, offers, showings, listings coming on the market, and communities excited about the World Cup ⚽️

Recently I was invited to teach a continuing education class called, Navigating the Hispanic/Latino Market for Success—a curriculum that I wrote—to real estate agents in Hood River, Oregon and southwest Washington.

Part of the class beyond talking about the State of Hispanic Homeownership Report also entailed inviting a panel of Latino/a real estate professionals, lenders, investors, and leaders, people I’m lucky to call friends.

Each regional Realtor association I collaborate with is an opportunity to increase awareness, business acumen, and collaboration among real estate professionals.

I am so grateful for my tribe, and to the people who showed up to take the class, and the fearless chingones panelists who dedicated their time and expertise. Thank you 🙏

Special shoutout to the Mid-Columbia Realtor Association.

Persistence is key to getting my buyers the home 🏠 where they can kick off their shoes, rest, and recharge.

Some sellers choose a specific date to review offers, while others decide to review first come, first serve. Delivering bad news that buyers have lost an offer always breaks my heart. But those same buyers brush off the experience, get up, and try again.

And again. And again.

Because nothing will stop first-time homebuyers motivated enough to chase their dreams from achieving their dream of homeownership.

Whether it’s your first home 🏠 or your last home 🏠 you need a Realtor who will advocate for you every step of the way.

What are you waiting for?

I’m excited to teach a continuing education class for real estate agents in Washington and Oregon on the growing influences of the Latino market.

Thank you and Mid Columbia Association of Realtors for the invitation to teach my favorite class, a curriculum that I wrote several years ago.

Just SOLD!

I don’t know everything but I know some things. For what I know is that I’m grateful for my clients who show up, for the companies involved in every transaction—the inspectors, the remodeling company, the carpet guy, the title and escrow company, the buyers’ agent who brought the buyers, the colleagues who did open houses for me—the list goes on and on.

Happy that my sellers are able to move forward with their next goals in life. Blessed 🥹 beyond belief.
