Welcome! Serving home buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Seattle area has been a great joy for me and I always look forward to handing my clients the keys to their new home. With a history of craftsman home builders, agents and investors, my family has long had a passion for the real estate industry. Many of my weekends growing up were spent house hunting and visiting open houses (a tradition I continue with my wife and children today). I specialize in working with families, individuals, builders and corporations throughout the Seattle area (including the Eastside) and am honored to have received Seattle Magazine's "Five Star Agent, Best In Client Satisfaction" Award multiple times. I enjoy putting my marketing background to use through listing and presenting homes. For over a decade, I have consistently earned my sellers roughly $25k more than other listings in the Greater Seattle area...and have helped sell in half the time. Recently, I had the privilege of helping a past client sell her dad's home after he made the decision to transition into assisted living.

Navigating moves like this can be emotional and overwhelming, so my goal was to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for their family. Together, we prepared the home for the market, generated strong interest, received 3 offers, and ultimately sold the home above the asking price.

One of the best parts of this job is getting to celebrate major life milestones with people you care about.

We’ve known these guys since college, so helping them purchase their first home was especially meaningful. Over the years, they set a goal of owning a home in Magnolia, stayed focused, worked hard, and made it happen - and I couldn’t be more excited for them.

And what a home it is. Beautifully designed with all the right spaces, lots of natural light, a stunning kitchen, an incredible primary suite with a soaking tub and oversized shower, a media room, a deck with built-in heaters, and a fantastic fenced backyard for the family to enjoy.
