One of the best parts of this job is getting to celebrate major life milestones with people you care about.

We’ve known these guys since college, so helping them purchase their first home was especially meaningful. Over the years, they set a goal of owning a home in Magnolia, stayed focused, worked hard, and made it happen - and I couldn’t be more excited for them.

And what a home it is. Beautifully designed with all the right spaces, lots of natural light, a stunning kitchen, an incredible primary suite with a soaking tub and oversized shower, a media room, a deck with built-in heaters, and a fantastic fenced backyard for the family to enjoy. Perched above the street, it feels both private and inviting.

More than anything, though, I’m excited for the memories they’ll create here. It’s incredibly rewarding to see friends achieve a goal they’ve worked toward for so long.
