A lot of real estate advice in South King County sounds true because there’s usually a little truth buried in it.

That’s exactly why some of these misconceptions stick around.

An online estimate can be useful, but it isn’t the same thing as understanding what a home could actually sell for in today’s market. An inspection can uncover a long list of issues without automatically meaning the house is a bad buy. Selling a home in South King County is a lot more than taking good photos and putting it on the MLS. 🏡

Good marketing pulls a lot of things together at once.

It’s knowing what buyers in the area care about, understanding which features deserve the spotlight, having a network of agents and local connections to get the word out, and using social media to show the home in a way that feels bigger than a listing page.
