The latest Realogics Sotheby's International Realty Market Trends From Around the Sound report offers a closer look at how conditions are shifting across Seattle, King County, the Eastside, and Island County.

👉 A few key takeaways:

• Seattle: Inventory increased to 2.6 months, compared with 2.5 months last year
• King County: Median sales price decreased 4.39% year over year to $980K
• Island County: Average days on market increased from 38 to 42 days
• Eastside: Homes for sale increased 29.44% year over year, with inventory rising from 2.5 to 3.5 months
