Happy International Coffee Day!!!!

Today I went to one of my favorite breakfast and coffee spots, Oxbow to feast after fasting for 15 hours.

The drip coffee and the everything bagel with a scallion shmear was totally worth the wait.

I treated myself to a chocolate cherry and tahini buckwheat treat because why not. It was divine🤎

I got to meet an old friend and catch up.

While I was walking back to my car I decided to walk into the Montlake branch The Seattle Public Library and look up some books for borrowing. I’m so glad I did that. I am now at waitlist position #1 for my next book club read. I also found a great book for my daughter and I to read together.

Some mornings leave you feeling very thankful and this was one of them.

Here is my quick report of my open house and of this lovely property I had the privilege of hosting.

My underlying thought while posting this is going for “done” rather than perfect. This is crucial when it comes to social! Please excuse my calling the glass sliding doors windows for example.
