I have lived in the Seattle area since 1975 and currently reside in Auburn with my wife. We have been investing in real estate since 1976. We have bought, sold, fixed, flipped, rented, optioned, built and remodeled homes. Over the years we viewed hundreds of open houses, dragging our kids along with us. We looked at everything from run down mobile homes to Street of Dreams mansions. To say I am passionate about real estate would be an understatement. I am very familiar with our neighborhoods in and around the Seattle area. I also know how hard it can be to find that perfect home in the perfect neighborhood.
