"Heather is a fantastic agent. So knowledgeable of the Seattle market and properties in general. We were looking for something very specific. After several months of dealing with our all over the board looking, we found the place. And of course it was not an easy property. Heather never missed a beat kept the deal going through the twist and turns. Negotiated the offer well and helped our lender with all thier requests. Then at the eleventh hour our deal was in jeopardy. She calmy handled everything. Over the weekend and late evening hours we pulled it all together and closed on time.
