More homes are hitting the market than buyers are absorbing right now, creating a more balanced market. Buyers are taking more time, negotiating more carefully, and exploring more options.

For sellers, strategy matters more than ever. Well-priced, well-presented homes are still moving.

Today I asked my rebbetzin , “If there there was a message that I make sure to share about Hanukkah what would it be?”✨🕎

This is gist of what she shared: (modified a bit by me for context for those unfamiliar with Hanukkah)

Across traditions, light has always symbolized hope, resilience, and care for one another.

Hanukkah, the Festival of Lights, is a reminder that even a small flame can endure in the face of great darkness. Light does not wait for conditions to be perfect—it shows up anyway.

In times like these, when the darkness feels so close, our response is to increase the light.

Each of us carries that ability through, mitzvahs or Mitzvot, simple acts of goodness and kindness

(Although, the idea of a mitzvah goes further than a good deed. Read about it if you’re curious)

No act is too small. Reach out to someone you love, offer a smile, and Give what you can. Be gentle where the world feels harsh.

We will not dim ourselves. We will continue to show up with light—for one another, and for the world.
