We keep getting asked the same question… what’s the best move when you’ve got an old worn-out house sitting on an infill lot? Do we scrape it and start fresh, or keep the front home, modern rehab , and build two new units in the back? 🤔🏡

🌲 Seattle needs more housing, and infill development is one of the best ways to create it. Removing abandoned homes or properties that have become dump sites opens space for new, energy efficient homes that lift the whole block. It improves safety, adds value, and gives the neighborhood a clean reset.
