This summer has been a wild ride in real estate. A lot of the buyers who reached out to me have taken a pause, although for folks who can afford the current interest rates, it’s a great time to use leverage and buy the home of your dreams. I had the honor of joining volunteers with to help build a house here in Eureka Springs! Safe To Be believes that everyone deserves a safe place to call home and helps provide emergency, transitional, and permanent housing to romantic and gender diverse folks in NW Arkansas. I’ve never been on THIS side of real estate and I’m hooked! It was rewarding as well as educational. I also now need my own nail gun!
