I grew up in Seattle’s Madison Park neighborhood and began my real estate career in construction and property management. Through this experience, I gained a front-row seat to the current design trends and pulse of the real estate market. Now, seven years into helping people buy and sell homes, my clients are the ones who constantly remind me of why I'm in this field. "Chris, you're so enthusiastic!" It's true, I'm an easily excitable and talkative person by nature, but real estate is my passion. From form and finish, to land and development, I'm curious about it all. Get yourself down to the water tomorrow for the last of the super-low tides of the year!

It’s an awesome activity for the family and it’s free to boot 🙂

Tomorrow’s low tide is @ 12:08pm.

I hit the Edmonds waterfront today (but any beach on the Sound will work great) and with this weather it was lovely to just splash around and walk on the sand (which isn’t usually exposed at a typical low tide).

I look like I’m on safari because everyday is an adventure……… and I’d be scorched otherwise lol 🌊🦀

And no, the seaweed isn’t stinky. Go check it out!

Imagine you hook up the trailer to go to Costco to buy a grill on Easter Sunday, only to get there and realize it’s closed for the holiday (because Costco cares about their employees). So you drive home bummed about the amount of effort spent and the huge waste of time.

And then on the way home you just happen to drive by the same model grill that you were about to pay handsomely for, albeit a few years older and gently used, but FREE. AND you already have the trailer in tow 👀

And then when you get home you notice the funky rust color kinda goes with your house aesthetic to boot lol

If it works, it’s an Easter miracle! 🐣 🤞
