Thousands of soccer fans gathered at Harbor Steps and Reuben's Brews during the FIFA World Cup, transforming the waterfront destination into a hub for match-day celebrations in Seattle.

As the official local outpost for the The American Outlaws, the property has hosted watch parties and fan events while serving as the starting point for the supporters' "March to the Match."

Ben & Jerry’s has signed a lease at Seattle’s Pier 54: https://kidder.link/pier54

The announcement comes as the revitalized waterfront continues to attract record visitation, welcoming 8.4 million visitors in 2025—a 12% increase from the previous year.


Kidder Mathews’ Kelly Gaddis represented Ben & Jerry’s in the transaction and, together with Jason Miller and Mia Ponce, represented the landlord. The new full-service scoop shop will be operated by regional franchise owners Lance and Moria Blair.
