As part of the conference’s Learning Lab series, Senior Vice President Daniel Boring, CRE®, MAI, ARA, ASA, co-presented “Appraising Real vs. Personal Property: Building & Breaking Expert Witness Credibility” with John H. Brooks III of GES Online. The session explored the increasing importance of multidisciplinary valuation expertise in litigation, IRS disputes, financial reporting, estate planning, tax conservation easements, and ecosystem credits.
