I represented clients on their off-market purchase of the historic Gates-Bass Mansion, an incredibly storied property on a double lot in an unbeatable location. Zillow and Redfin's estimates were $3.2M+. How could they have possibly been so far off?? 🤔 It's because Zestimates and Redfin estimates are worthless. (The amount of times I have to explain this... 🤯) I was able to negotiate a $2.33M purchase price plus seller concessions for my clients. And it appraised more than 10% over. That's a great start. Instant equity. Excited for them to turn this house into their new home.
