Working with sellers is also an honor. Trust is of the utmost importance. This is a decision that could cost a seller real money and time if done willy-nilly. I understand. If I was thinking of selling my home, what would I look for? It would have to be someone who had my best interests in mind. And I would have to trust them, their process and market knowledge. These things form the basis of how I approach all of my clients. We will go over the market and see how we can work together and reach your goals. There is a tug of war between buyers and sellers, but the concept of leaving memories and the emotion behind selling is also there. This is where a straight forward and honest approach will work.
