Our market is heating up fast this year because there is a high demand for homes this winter! The NWMLS market watch for the last 7 days in King County shows that we had over twice as many single family homes go pending (838) than new listings come on the market (410), so even with that snow last week buyer activity was still high! Typically the Spring market is thought of as the best time to sell, but with low inventory and high demand there is way less competition for sellers this winter. If you are planning to list your home for sale in the Spring, now is the time to consider prepping your home to list in February during this hot winter market!🔥💥
