I always have the best luck. This is my intern, the delightful, smart, and funny Xavier Keith. We are just wrapping up the first of three weeks together as he learns the ropes of real estate. Between processes, contracts, what we do to prepare buyers and sellers, we took a 5 mile walk with J Jackson yesterday and made cookies to distribute to clients and friends for relationship building today. He’s a wonderful addition to my work life!
