Revenue share is often framed around timing.
Who got in early. How new the company was.

And yes, timing can matter.

But timing does not replace responsibility.

Revenue share works when people take ownership beyond their own production. Who they support. How they show up. And whether they stay engaged when things feel steady, not flashy.

It is not passive income.
It is leadership over time.

Early entry may help, but responsibility is what truly compounds.

As the year comes to a close, I’m feeling especially grateful.
