There is only a couple of ways to raise capital from investors. If I were you I would launch a fund. 20 years ago I made 70k on my first wholesale deal. If you ask me what I would do differently it’s launch a fund. I would raise capital! I earned over a million dollars at the age of 30 in this business! Now we launch funds 1 to 20 million. Learn from those who have done this or are doing this! Many people profess to be gurus and haven’t even made a million dollars!
