There is only a couple of ways to raise capital from investors. If I were you I would launch a fund. 20 years ago I made 70k on my first wholesale deal. If you ask me what I would do differently it’s launch a fund. I would raise capital! I earned over a million dollars at the age of 30 in this business! Now we launch funds 1 to 20 million. Learn from those who have done this or are doing this! Many people profess to be gurus and haven’t even made a million dollars! I’ve successfully raised millions for real estate and now I’m also working on my first affordable housing development project! We launch and scale real estate investment funds and we will finance your fund and your project!
