It’s always a success when someone purchases their first home, but Sean & Leah not only got a rad place in Magnolia, but they were fortunate with their timing and got a great deal! They were very selective with their home search and it took over a year of being very selective about each home they would want to see. I would go 3-4 months at times without seeing them. Here’s where some of the success comes in… They purchased during the summer, which is the only time of year my buyers are finding deals and we managed to get $25,000 off the list price, conducted our inspection and negotiated even more from there.
