As I look out the windows from my Broadview Open House today, (by the way, these floor plans are amazing and you should come visit me!) I’m so glad I caught one of the last sunny Seattle days down at the brand new ☀️😎 If you haven’t checked out the newly renovations, do yourself a favor and block out your schedule on the next sunny day for a visit. Have you ever met a client who almost instantly became a friend? We love it when that happens. We had so much fun househunting, and despite the ones we lost, this gal managed to keep a sense of humor and a positive attitude through it all. She stuck to her instincts, and when she found “the one”, she just knew it was meant to be. How? Well! The next-door neighbor just so happens to be one of her sister’s friends, and something about this house just felt like home in a way that the others didn’t. It really was a gut feeling! ✨SOLD!✨ This market continues to surprise us and keep us on our toes. Our Lake City condo listing received a full price offer after 1 day on the market!
When we list a home, an important factor to consider is the current supply & demand of the market. The second half of that aspect, ✨demand✨ is a crucial determinant to how we recommend a price strategy. A month ago, our market began to shift a bit, and we anticipated 2-3 weeks before receiving an offer, which can be common with many condos! Compared to single family homes, the Buyer pool is usually much smaller. We listed this home right ✨at✨ fair market value, with several comparable properties available to us that supported this list price, which worked well in our favor! We’re thrilled that an eager Buyer saw value in this well kept condo, and the old adage is true… that early bird 🐦 got the worm 🐛
