As I look out the windows from my Broadview Open House today, (by the way, these floor plans are amazing and you should come visit me!) I’m so glad I caught one of the last sunny Seattle days down at the brand new ☀️😎 If you haven’t checked out the newly renovations, do yourself a favor and block out your schedule on the next sunny day for a visit. If there’s puffy clouds, even better! There’s no shortage of gorgeous views, great places to grab a beer or snag an Adirondack chair at the boardwalk with a coffee & a friend! Have you ever met a client who almost instantly became a friend? We love it when that happens. We had so much fun househunting, and despite the ones we lost, this gal managed to keep a sense of humor and a positive attitude through it all. She stuck to her instincts, and when she found “the one”, she just knew it was meant to be. How? Well! The next-door neighbor just so happens to be one of her sister’s friends, and something about this house just felt like home in a way that the others didn’t. It really was a gut feeling! Congratulations C! you and Rosey are going to live your best life in this house 😍 🏠 🍾 🥂
