Quick little market update for you. I have always loved looking at infographics. I hope you enjoy a really quick way to gather some important details about our local housing market.

Buyers are back! Lots of multiple offers across all price points. The realization that the days of 3% interest rates are gone and most likely never coming back. Lack of inventory combined with increase demand has buyer clamoring over well priced and presented homes. Safety and public education are the top driving forces, hence the Eastside dominating in every category. Feel free to share with your friends and colleagues.

In a challenging market, my clients were able to purchase this beautiful craftsman home in Crown Hill contingent upon the successful sale of their departing residence. My clients also were able to get a reduction in sale price along with some closing cost assistance.

They were first time homebuyers just 4 years ago and wanted a bigger space with a yard for their two dogs. I am excited to see the work you do and make the space your own.

The neighborhood has come into its own as one of the city's best locales for exciting restaurants, lively bars and killer shopping.

These blocks closer to the water contain many of the neighborhood's most charming historic buildings, now home to a bevy of modern offerings, including some of the best shopping in the city. The neighborhood's far west side is bordered by the Puget Sound and has staggering views of the water and Olympic Peninsula to match.

With remote and hybrid work decisions freeing these populations from the constraint of a daily commute and an increasing demand in home office space, we expect to see this demographic evolution continue to fuel the market. APR is also known as your interest rate. When speaking long term your interest rate plays a major role in a final price of a home.

An interest rate at 3% can be the difference of $100,000 compared to 4% at the end of a 30 year term.

By the way did you know that interest rates are STILL extremely LOW! 😱
