This one is personal - as a newly married first time home buyer, I bought this duplex with my husband. He was in grad school at UW and I was working full time as a counselor. We lived in the 2 bedroom and rented the upstairs 3 bedroom to make more income. We loved living near Green Lake! We eventually bought a single family home nearby and moved but kept this duplex.

It’s been an incredible investment for us. Bittersweet to sell this one. But I am excited to see who the next owners are! May this be a wonderful home and investment for them as well. 👏🏼🏠
