Last month, the average time on market for homes listed in Seattle was 7 days. In my personal experience I've seen homes be under contract even after 1 day on the market. Homes normally are listed Wed/Thurs and have an offer review date 5-7 days later. The pool of buyer's isn't shrinking at the same rate as buyer's purchasing homes. People putting their search on hold may contribute to a tiny "slow down" but this seller's market is still strong.
On the other hand, our team is also helping buyer's get their offers accepted. It's not always about the highest price. Feel free to dm me, I'm always happy to help.

Compared to this time last year, for-sale inventory in Seattle is down 13.6%.
