* Median sold home price is currently around $740,000–$750,000 countywide.
* Average sale prices vary significantly by city, with many areas still seeing prices well above the county median.
* 30-year fixed mortgage rates are averaging approximately 6.5%–6.6%.
* Rates remain higher than buyers enjoyed a few years ago but have been relatively stable in recent months.
* Inventory has improved substantially compared to last year.
* Snohomish County currently has approximately 2.2 months of inventory and over 2,400 active listings, giving buyers more choices than they’ve had in several years.
* Homes are averaging roughly 28–31 days on market, although desirable and well-priced homes can still sell much faster.
