✂️🏦Most experts project the Fed will start cutting the Federal Funds Rate this month.

And while the Fed doesn’t control mortgage rates, a Federal Funds Rate cut can have an impact. It should help keep the downward mortgage rate momentum going, especially if inflation and the economy continues to cool.

Despite some recent buzz, mega investors aren’t buying up all the homes.

They’re only buying less than 1% of the single-family homes. And that’s down from the 2% in 2022.
