It’s been a wild year and 2026 can’t come fast enough in my humble opinion. Heavy in some circumstances but fulfilling in so many others. These two crazy kids are now in 7th and 9th grade and are officially taller than I, which wasn’t that hard to do but congrats to evolving our family lineage. The thought of the oldest driving in 6 months is very eye opening to say the least. Life as a family, with these ages, has been incredible. Tons of memories and daily life lessons it seems like. It’s some of my best years as their dad I think. Business has been incredible, and while I may seem to do a lot of other things, I still love the clients that I work with every year that need are helping in moving, buying, and selling. And for that, I’m grateful that in my 20th year of real estate, I still have the privilege to work every day with some incredible people. The other two companies ( and ) continue to grow and evolve with this crazy market. I can’t wait to see what both of these do in the years to come. And a huge thank you to the one and only .jill who seems to not only put up with all my crazy ideas, still shows up every day to work helping make all of this come together beautifully. Welp, it’s here. I’m officially celebrating 20 years in Seattle real estate today. And looking back at these projects, listings, marketing moments, and a few old-school headshots has me feeling all the things (and maybe noticing a little more gray hair… but we don’t need to get into that).

Over 1,300 transactions later, the real highlight has always been the people: the clients who trusted me, the friends I’ve made, and the colleagues who’ve supported and inspired me through every twist and turn. You may not feel like I remember you, but I do.

To my family and closest friends: thank you for standing behind me through the long days, late nights, and nonstop hustle. Your support has meant everything.

And to those asking, “Are you still doing real estate?”….absolutely. We may have other hobbies and businesses we enjoy, but real estate is still our baby.

Here’s to two decades of growth, stories, community… and to whatever comes next. 🏡💙✨

I take a lot of pride in helping my clients buy and sell houses, probably more so than most people realize. But, I’m sure some people just see it as a transaction or just a sale, but it’s a lot more.

Over the last 22 years of being a broker, I would never have guessed that a large majority of my clients would be the parents of my past clients looking to downsize or move closer to their “kids.” It’s the “mom, we would love you to be closer” conversation or the “I think it’s time to downsize into something a bit easier” convo.

But, I have to remind myself that while I may move quickly and fast, they may not. They may need that extra time to process, to review, and to reminisce about their house for the past 30 years. These types of clients are also a good reminder for ME to slow down too and listen.

So, without further ado, I am very excited to present for sale this beautiful rambler in Bothell. When you’ve been doing this as long as I have, what really matters any more is the relationships you build during all of this. We’ve had the privilege of working with this amazing client for over 8 years now. From her very first move up from California to Seattle, to buying her first home, and now watching her grow her portfolio with multiple investment properties. It’s the kind of long-term partnership we love being a part of and a reminder of how much can happen when you have the right team to partner with in pursuit of your next potential steps! 🏡

Oh, the things I would tell this young gentlemen.

This will be my 20th year in real estate, which blows my mind honestly. When you say “I’ve been doing this for 20 years,” it makes me think of my dad or my grandpa when they would say something similar and it felt like such a long time. I guess I’m that old now. Yet, it still feels like just yesterday I started this crazy journey. It feels like I still have even crazier dreams, bigger ideas, and an insatiable desire to make things better…be it within my companies or the people around me. I don’t stop, honestly, but I enjoy that.

So, what would I tell this young man? You chased your dreams and accomplished most all of them…and then you set a new set of goals and dreams. Dont stop, keep pushing young man.

I love having you all be a part of this journey with me, you’ve made it any amazing one.

“We loved that house”

Having clients move into bigger and better things after 15 years in a house you sold to them many years ago, is both an honor but also such a crazy viewpoint into just LIFE. I remember how excited they were when I first gave them the keys to this house. I remember all of things they wanted to do to the house, most of which they did! I remember their dog sitting in the window when I would stop by. I don’t live their life, but I feel like I had some incredible glimpses into what life was like in all those years. So, it often feels like this is something much bigger to me when working with a lot of my clients. I appreciate them more than they know as their life moments I get to share make my life that more much more amazing.

So, thank you to these amazing sellers….its been amazing being a part of your life. May the next owner of this house enjoy all those new memories too.

It’s like owning a boat, the happiest days of a builder/developer are when you find the next project and when you sell that completed project!

Another built and pre-sold in stunning Sunset Hill today! I couldn’t be happier with the final design, our team, and our excited buyers who finally found their dream home after 13 months of searching!

Sometimes you just look at a house and say wow…..we freaking built that!! 🙌 Nice to get this house finally wrapped up and listed for sale. Right in the heart of Magnolia, this is another incredible project by our development company . Over 4500sqft, she ain’t a little one!
