Then there’s your apartment itself, with modern features like stainless steel appliances, solid-surface countertops and all-electric kitchens.

Beacon Pacific Village was created with individuals, families and multiple generations in mind.

Let’s see how our residents finish this sentence:

“You know Beacon Pacific Village feels like home when __________.”

Maybe it’s recognizing your neighbors when you walk in.

Maybe it’s having your favorite spot in your apartment.

Maybe it’s knowing where everything is in the neighborhood without checking your phone first.

Or maybe it’s something completely different.

Fill in the blank in the comments. We’d love to hear what makes this community feel like home to you.

And current residents, tag a neighbor who should answer too.

COLUMBIA CITY NIGHT MARKET.

Dinner plans can wait. The Night Market is back. Brought to you by Peace Peloton.

On September 19, Columbia City turns an ordinary Saturday evening into a neighborhood celebration with food trucks, local makers and vendors, live music and a b**r garden.

Date: Saturday, September 19
Time: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Address: 4850 37th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98118

It’s only a few miles south of Beacon Pacific Village, making this an easy night out without traveling across the city. Even better, Columbia City Station is about a 10-minute walk from the market, so Link light rail makes getting there simple.

Admission is free, so bring a friend, arrive hungry and see what you discover. FYI- This event occurs monthly,

Parents know that the little conveniences can make a very big difference.

At Beacon Pacific Village, on-site childcare means one important part of your family’s routine can be closer to home. No crossing town just to handle another pickup or drop-off before you can finally head home.

And when the day is over, home is already waiting.

For families searching for an apartment in Seattle, sometimes the best amenity isn’t the flashiest one. It’s the one that gives you a little more time back in your day.
