I have been excited about this listing since February. I received a random e-mail from Jeff back in February after my other Poulsbo waterfront listing went under contract and he was impressed by the marketing and wanted to have me over to see their home. 87% of Agents quit Real Estate by their 5th year. I was not going to be just another statistic.

Today marks my 5th year in real estate.

When I entered the real estate industry back in 2017, I was taking a huge leap of faith not knowing if it truly could be something stable and something I could be passionate about for a long period of time. But with the help of some amazing mentors, teachers, and spouses, I grew to love this industry more every day.

I can’t believe it has been 5 years to the day since I passed my real estate exam. I am reflecting so much on that 1st year and how I was able to come into my own.

Thank you so much to the Royston Team for believing in me in the 1st place. They are the true reason I even thought getting into real estate was a possibility, & although I didn’t end up staying in Kitsap after meeting my husband, Karl has still been supportive calling me over the years to check in and tell me how proud he is of where I ended up. And for all of that I am grateful.

And then there’s FLUX. My home. I spent months after moving to Seattle to find just the right fit for me. Paul was the 1st person I spoke to and he and Daniel were the last. I have thrived under their leadership and mentorship and there is no other place I would rather hang my license. I don’t know where I would be if it weren’t for them. And now I join their leadership and provide the same amazing opportunity to other agents that want to succeed in a team that truly feels like family. I get to train, and motivate, and encourage and that has really lit a fire under me to help agents become just as successful if not more.
