We often hear about more people moving to one area of the USA, and out of another. This article is based on information from data collected by Atlas Van Lines, and lists those states most people moved TO in 2023, and those states most people moved OUT of in 2023. Washington is still on the list of states most moved TO, though the rate of in-migration has declined from 2022.
