Reading the reviews my clients leave me is a whole different kind of feeling. It’s that same feeling people chase. Skiing down a mountain for the first time, standing at the top of a mountain after a long hike, or finally accomplishing something you weren’t sure you could do. You feel it in your gut. It wakes something up in you and fuels a fire to keep going, keep growing and keep getting better.

There’s so much that goes into helping someone buy a home in the background that most people don’t see, so when someone takes the time to write something like this, it really does mean a lot.

Still thinking about dinner at Lark?

This spot had been on my Seattle restaurant list for a while, and it delivered. The service was attentive, the atmosphere felt relaxed, and every dish was packed with flavor.

The standouts for us were the hamachi crudo, yuzu kosho glazed salmon and Wagyu bavette steak. All were fantastic.

If you’re looking for a Seattle date night spot or a nice dinner in Seattle’s Capital hill neighborhood, consider

Seattle has no shortage of great food, and we’re lucky for that.

If you’re looking for acreage, this one’s not for you. But if you love the hustle and bustle of city living, you’re going to want to see this Wallingford home. Coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and everything that makes Seattle great are right outside your door.
