There's a bit of holiday cheer over on the West Seattle waterfront. Realogics Sotheby's International Realty says that it's now sold over half the 37 units at the boutique condominium project known as Infinity Shore Club.

Developer Vibrant Cities completed the six-story building last year, with Tiscareno Associates as the architect.

At Realogics, Dehlan Gwo said in a statement, “Infinity Shore Club is incomparable to any other single-level residential offering available on the market, and buyers are realizing that this is their final opportunity to purchase a new forever home in a community of this caliber, quality and location.” The building faces north to Elliott Bay, with dramatic views.

James Wong of Vibrant Cities added, “We brought in the best of the best to make this dream a reality, from the top architects to the top interior designers, on the best stretch of beachfront in Seattle.”

When I first entered the world of real estate development, I believed it would be straightforward. However, after dedicating over a decade to this industry, I've come to deeply understand and respect the immense challenges and significant risks involved in achieving success.

One particular project stands out—a journey that spanned more than eight years, from the initial assembly of waterfront homes to the intricate phases of design, permitting, and construction. Along the way, we faced unexpected hurdles, including the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and the literal collapse and shutdown of a key bridge. Despite these challenges, we persevered and ultimately delivered a remarkable product that we are incredibly proud of. Multi-family real estate developer Vibrant Cities started construction on the Zeal Lofts in North Portland last month. JMA designed the 6-story building which will include 215 dwelling units, extensive bicycle storage, 35 off-street parking spaces, and three commercial/retail spaces on the ground floor.

“I am honored to be a part of another collaboration between JMA, Seabold Construction, and Vibrant Cities,” said JMA Associate Dirk McCulloch who will see the project through construction. “I appreciate Vibrant Cities' passion for developing community-focused and much needed housing solutions in the Pacific Northwest and look forward to working with them and Seabold Construction once again.”

What was your biggest accomplishment in your current position since you’ve held it?
I am grateful to have secured over $250 million in financing for Vibrant Cities’ projects. We are also working on financing an additional over $400 million for other projects. Additionally, we were able to put two more projects under contract during the pandemic which demonstrates our belief in the future of our great city of Seattle.
