Keeping an ever-watchful eye on the market is so critical! When I started my market analysis for this Fremont property, townhomes were not seeing the same frenzy as single family homes. By the time we hit the market, however, dynamics had shifted. Pivoting quickly, we were able to generate 7 offers and close for more than 9% over list price. Congrats to my very happy seller!!
